Mygica HDTV T119 not showing in device manager

Hi, I just Purchased a MyGica Mini HDTV USB Stick T119 and now when i plug in to USB port not thing happen!
the led light on device not turning on.
no sound or popup show in windows (new hardware popup or something)
nothing at all!

I test it in different PC and 8 different USB ports (USB 2 and 3) and I also check that with OTG on my android phone with PadTV app and nothing

Sounds like the device you got is defective

I would suggest contacting the selling you purchased it from for a replacement.
