Won't record Audio and frame missing on 720p 60fps

So i just got this device. i test it using my pc. the device record 1080p really well but when i tried 720p, i got a alot of frame missing and not only that, i also have issue with the audio. there is no audio from the video. i tried 1080p and 720p but still there's no audio coming out from both video. so can someone help me????
