Jocelyn 0 Report post Posted May 17, 2017 WIFI PASSWORD WORKS, CAN'T CONNECT Hi, I have a MyGica ATV 1900 PRO box I bought 4 Days ago. I can now, nor have I ever gotten it to connect to WIFI. I have reset the box to default, turned off ethernet, reset internet, etc. It accepts the password, but then refuses to connect. Nothing else has the problem. Any thoughts? Jocelyn 0 Report post Posted May 17, 2017 Appears you need do a hard reset, both unplugging the internet box, the MyGica box and then plug both back in, reset the device to default and try again. Jocelyn Do you have the ethernet connected at the same time? If so, then this will be your issue. If you disconnect your ethernet, then try to conenct to wifi again and it should work.
