Power on/off not working from remote

Due to freezing issues I exchanged units and now the remote is not able to turn unit off or on.  If I click on the power button I'm able to turn it off but I can't turn unit on in any way but by disconnecting the power cord and plugging it back in.  The other two 1900 Pro that I had the remote could turn unit on & off.

It turns out that I needed to bang the top of the unit and then the lights (green & red) came back and I can now turn the unit on & off via the remote.

Not sure what would have caused this issue.

Strange that this happened.

But at least it is working for you now.
