new box same wifi issues. firmware 1.3

So new 1900 pro, took ota update am on 1.30

 

Same wifi problems

its the 1900 pro not my router as I also went and upgraded my router today.

this problem sucks.

 

if you standby no problem but if you reboot or power off with firmware 1.30 multiple times the wifi will for sure turn off.

 

Saw this with 4 boxes now.

 

maybe previous firmware is ok I dont know.

 

I noticed it happens on 2.4ghz and 5 ghz. its just random.

 

I hope there is a firmware to correct this. defeats the purpose buying the box with the antennas over the one without for better wifi and then having flaky wifi.

 

to further prove its not the router if not connected to wifi the devices also gets switched off.

 

Other android boxes I own not mygica do not do this so its not an android box thing either.

 

The demo @ Canada Computers in store does this as well.

May I know if you still have this issue?
We are having a very hard time reproducing this on over 10 units we have tried.
