MyGica tv 1900AC

i have problem with MyGica tv 1900 AC.MyGica cant reboot and on like are normal..everytime i reboot system now the page will come again and ask for reboot again...anyone can help me?

to fix this, follow the steps bellow, 

1. Download the file 

 

2. Format your Micro SDcard to FAT32  (( only way to fix is MicroSD card and not USB )).

3.   follow this video to help you load file,
