Atv185 remote not working after update

After successfully updating the firmware on my ATV185 the remote control has completely stopped communicating with it. It worked fine before the update. Is there any specific way to pair it?

Which remote control do you have?

Also what firmware did you install on your ATV 185?
As we do not have anything posted on our forum for this.

I used the 585 firmware that you recommemded on a previous post. And i have the kr34 remote control.

That is the issue then

The MyGica Firmware uses a different remote code then KR-34.

 

You must have a Enjoy TV ATV 185 then?
If it came with a KR-34

No it is definitely a mycia ATV185 Tv stick.

The remote worked fine before the update.

Ok the issue here then is they used the KR34 remote with this model, which uses a different IR Remote code then the 585 Firmware.

I apologize for this, but I am not 100% familiar with the ATV 185 as we never sold it here in North America.

I will try and get the actual ATV 185 Firmware for you to reload it

In the meantime, are you able to use a USB computer mouse to control the box?
