Only got the box brand new 2 or 3 weeks ago . Started to scroll back through a app on kodi and the whole thing has just frozen up and the remote will only allow you to turn the box on and off . No arrow keys are working , home key or anything .

Is this a common issue with these boxes . Tried rebooting the box by taking out the power cord and leaving it out for a few minutes and even changed the battery in the remote even though the package is only a couple weeks old .

Is this just a defective box or a common problem ?

Try re-pairing the remote
