can't detect HID IR touch frame

Hi

I have HID IR touch frame that works fine with android 5.1.1 on galaxy view device but when I connect it to ATV495 pro it dose not work. May be ATV495 pro can not recognize IR touch frame.

It is very important for me to run IR touch frame on android box. Please help me.
