Just purchased ATV 495 pro......so far.....freezes at start..unplug to comtinue.........cannot use stop/pause/fast forward buttons.

When you connected it, did you take the latest firmware update?

It fixes the freezing issues.

If you go to your list of apps

And open the app called "Upgrade"

Turn off Automatic Updates and select, Check for Update.

You should be prompted for an update.
