Lost wifi connection while streaming

I just purchased the MyGica495Pro and it to lose connection while streaming. It shows full wifi signal but doesn't convert into a stream. 

I have to disconnect and reconnect. it streams for like 15min then the same story. 

Please help

to troubleshoot wifi connection please do not use the streaming software unless it is YouTube or Netflix.

 

test again with these two apps then update us.

thanks, swapped out the unit and seems to be fine now
