ATV495Pro not pairing with remote KR-51

Suddenly I cannot get the remote to spaek to my ATV box.  I have unplugged and paired and no dice. What next?

Have you tried new batteries?

Just unplug the usb plug and put it in the other usb connection

Can you try it on a PC to see if it works on there?

USB mouse and KB into the Mygica BOx?

REplaced REmote with another remote and works fine.

Dongle issue?

I had the same issue, the remote was working fine and suddenly stop working except power button which works , i can able to power on and power off the box with the remote but none other functions worked, it worked when i took out the battery and waited for a minute then i put it back and tried.....yeeyy it worked.

Hopefully it should work, give a try.

Putting in new batteries will help as well.
