Hi. 

 

I also have a ATV495x. Also I can install Showmax, but can't watch movies/series. Screen goes black. But the tv box doesn't freeze. It's like its blocking sound and picture. I can't afford to pay for a new tv box. Help, what can I do to fix this issue?
