Mygica 586 black screen

I purchased a mygica 586 last september. For the past month the machine has been flickering  b/n a black screen then normal to black. Today the screen is totally black. I can't get anything working on the machine. The blue light is on but that's it. I unplugged the power source then plugged it back in. I tried doing a hard reset to reboot but i can't get out of the black screen.

Is there something else I need to do to get this working?

Have you tried different HDMI cables and on a different TV?
