Box only responding to power button on remote

Help!

I've had my box for about a year now and it just stopped responding to any commands on the remote, aside from the power button. I purchased a new remote and same thing... it goes to the main screen and then I can't do anything. I'm not too savvy with technical things so any help/patience would be appreciated.

I have same issue on my 1900ac there is no luck finding answer to this problem.

I have same issue on my MyGica atv1900ac.  
It just stopped responding to any commands (but ON/OFF only) on the remote Control. My friend has exactly the same issue.
Now We have two box that not working.
How can we fix this please?

It turned out that the USB that the remotes receiver was plugged into had died... so I just plugged it into a different USB port and it went back to normal. This solution didn’t cross my mind because the power button on the remote still worked. Not sure that’s what is happening with yours but hope that can help.
