Format not supported

Hi

I have tried different image files to upgrade my 1800e from kitkat to Android 5.1 .

All seems to go well until unit reboots. I get the lollypop logo then the screen goes blank

and this is on my screen.  Format not supported.

Any suggestions???

Where did you get these files?

Can you post a link to it?

 

Also what are you using to install them, an SD card or USB drive?
Make sure either of them are formatted to FAT32

These are the latest files
Make sure you are using an SD card when installing them, and make sure that SD card is formatted to FAT32
