MYGICA ATV-1900 Pro Android Media Player Black

I bought a mygica 1900 Pro last week. 

I was watching a movie using Kodi when The whole system just froze. When I try to push something on The remote nothing is happening and The remote is flashing red lights. I have tried to restart it taking out The electrical cable. But The same problem is still there. I have tried to push The reset button at The back But nothing is happening. 

What can I Do to fix this problem?
