m0n 0 Report post Posted November 27, 2017 I have a problem with my MyGica 1800e. After i upgraded the firmware to Lollipop, i could not turn the box on or off with the remote. I have to do a hard reset to power it on or off so, i just left it on. Now the box is not working at all. The power light is on but no video. Tried to cha nged HDMI cable to no avail.
