Ryneriej 0 Report post Posted September 25, 2017 495PRO Hi all from SA. So my box, not even 2 months old is acting funny. Started by resetting itself while in use Freezes for no reason. When, after multiple times plugging in and out at the power supply, still won't start. Freezes then at the mygica intro screen. After round 6 and multiple colourful words and letting it sit for about 10 minutes then it magically goes to the home screen? Any help would be appreciated on fixing this! Manual reboot? bindaredondat 38 Report post Posted September 25, 2017 If it turns off every 10 minutes make sure you check daydream and timing on it. under settings // display // if did not work, then you can factory reset it. Settings // Reset // follow the prompts. For software update check here ( ) and also log in to google playstore and keep your apps up to date. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

wcs2229 8 Report post Posted October 31, 2017 If you mean a "hard reset" or "factory reset", then it is as @bindarendondat stated in his response.
