MyGica ATV1900PRO - More Settings Won't Launch

Hi.  I'm trying to access the Audio menu, to activate SPDIF, through More Settings on my ATV1900PRO.  As soon as I click on More Settings, the screen changes to blank for a second and then returns to the launch screen.  Any idea what has gone wrong?  Thank you
