1800 won't reset

1800 won't reset

Hi

I have tried to reset my 1800 but all it does is show the android and after several minutes it just freezes. I have inserted the sad card with the proper file and still the same thing. Instead of showing a progress bar moving from left to right it just moves right to left in the progress area then freezes. Any suggestions?  Thank you.
