Hey all.

I purchased a Mygica ATV495pro. it hasn't been a very pro experience and then last night whilst trying to select a file, the remote stopped functioning. i replaced batteries, unplugged everything etc and still no joy. This morning i checked again and it is definitely the remote. The power button is the only functioning button, the rest are just there for decoration. Do i take it back to the store or do i attempt to contact NyGica and if so what are their details?
