S2070 ISDB-T Stick doesn't catch signal

I have problems with my S270 ISDB-T  USB stick. I install every drivers and software, the laptoprecognize when i plugin the stick but when i start the software (Total Media 3.5) doesn't catch signal.What can i do? The stick has a light? Becaouse if it has, doesn turn on.

1. Please check if there is ISDB-T broadcasting program in your area. 

2. Please check if the signal condition is too weak, try to move the antenna around and re-scan again. It is better to move the antenna near the window.
