ATV380 wont open Kodi

I've had my mygica ATV380 box for about 8-10 months, no issues with it it has always worked great. The last two days, KODI won't open at all, I've cleared data, cache, storage and rebooted.  Any advice on what else I can do?  Thanks

I did the same and encountered this problem! So, let's wait for someone's response then. Any suggestions?
