1900PRO problems

Hello.  I am new to this site and thank  everyone in advance for your assistance.

So I just bought a Mygica ATV1900Pro.  a few days ago.

I have some issues with it.

1.  It would not connect to the Ethernet.  All setting were checked.    Thinking it was definitely faulty, I exchanged it for a new one.  LOL   Same issue.   So because I have a lower model Mygica previously, I was able to get it going by clearing the cach and doing a factory reset.  It loaded ROM 1.30

2.  The amber activity light on the front of the box and the green light on the LAN connector on the back of the box are not working.  Only the amber connect light on the LAN connector on the back of the box works.

3.  In the system system info page.  The battery level always reads 0%.   The included manual is so poor it doesn't not even talk about it.  I didn't even know it had one.  What does it do.

4.  Similarly, i didn't even know you could put a hard drive in the bottom.   No mention of that either...  How do you use it.  whats its benefits.

5.  The other night I turned the box ON from STBY.  The green power light came on but I had a BLACK screen on the TV.   I had to unplug the power cable and plug back in to get the box to display picture.

6.  In the system summery, it is showing the Model as MyGica ATV495Pro 16G.  Funny.  Its a ATV1900Pro.  Whats up with that?

So, Justin, or anyone else who is kind enough to read this, could you please give me your comments.     I have read through the forums.  I see the big entry in regards to the chip set issue from the manufacture.   So I'm not interested in endless responses here.  I don't want to waste anyone's time.   Only facts.   Only Item 1 appears to be fixed.  Items 2 to 6 are still outstanding..

Thanks again and Happy New Year to all

I was able to fix item 5 with the latest firmware found in these forums. Adding and formatting a HDD in the unit acts just like a sdcard storage. I have a collection of movies on a 500Gb in mine.

Item 6 is explained by Justin elsewhere, the 495/905/1900pro use the same chipset and they didn't make copies for each box. My 1900pro current says its a 905.

As for item 3 that it doesn't apply and just wasn't removed from stock Android build.

Ok.  Thank you for that.

So what about item 2.  The amber activity light on the front of the unit and the green activity light on the LAN connection on the back does not work either.

Your ethernet activity indicator will flash amber for lower speeds, and green for higher (1000 mbit or 1 gbit).

Amber activity indicator on front may be either for WiFi (if enabled) or hard drive (if installed), I believe.

Perhaps Justin or Admin can comment here?

Cheers!
