Welshman43 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2018 1900Pro I upgraded from a 1800e to a 1900 Pro in December. First time power up was O.K. Now, the unit will not power up from the remote unless I reboot by unplugging the power supply cord. When I reconnect the power, I get the Lollipop logo for about 5 seconds, then it switches to the Mygica letter blocks then it cuts out for several seconds before the MyGica logo appears. The unit then shows the Home screen but the remote will not work. I have to repeat this process several times before the remote will work correctly. I believe that this is a faulty unit as I had no problems with the 1800 E in two years that I have used it. Any explanations please. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
