195X stuck on "Seeing is believing" screen

Hi,

 

My brand new (less than a day) device is stuck on "seeing is believing" screen. 

Initially, I had issues with the software update, but I managed to get through. So it worked for a few hours.

This morning, I am stuck on this screen. According to Mygica's instruction, I should see a reset hole for a pin, but do not see anything on device or in manual.

Please help.

Are you using the power supply that came with the device? Also please try unplugging the device from the TV and reconnecting. Third, sometimes with the updates it may appear as nothing is going on...

Have already tried all that (power supply, even a different TV).  Left it like that four hours without change.  Still stuck on the same screen.

Even tried download the update on the USB, but cannot find the reset button mentioned in MyGica's procedure.

to Factory reset,  you need to open the screws near to HDMI connection.  

Then take the metal part out. then there is a reset hole you can use a toothpick to press and hold down then you can hard reset your unit.
