Doug Murray 0 Report post Posted March 4, 2018 MyGica 1960 remote pointer I have recently purchased a MyGica 1960 and so far it seems to work well except I have twice had the problem that the pointer arrow just disappears, despite pressing the relavant button on the remote. The first time I solved the problem by restoring the factory resets. Since than I have loaded various apps, changed settings etc and do not want to restore factory defaults. Can you please assist?
