MyGica ATV310b firmware wroken

I try to install the update firmware to my ATV310b and it looks that the firmware didn´t work because the screen shows colors and then turn it off, the status led blinks red and orange all the time. I try to factory reset too but didn´t work too.

Where did you get this update from?

 

This model is over 5 years old, and we do not even have files available to download for it on our downloads section on the forum
