Mygica atv1960 with remote Kr-303-remote not working

We bought a mygica ATV1600, with remote KR-303, the remote does not work at all after less then 2 mnths. Cannot access anything ,

cause there are no buttons on the mygica.

We did charge the remote, and it still not working any help on getting remote to work. One red light at the top comes on, can switch mygica on and off that is all.

Try pairing the remote, if I remember you do this the same as the KR 41
