There is no signal transferred out to the tv....HDMI is completely out....tried many other HDMI cables....nada whatsoever...

Anybody had had any issues in such nature with the box....I don't know if it is toasted or not.....any advice plz

Have you tried different TVs?

Yes I tried TVs and projector....not working at all....even the remote is not working to turn off and on...

I don’t know if the box is dead because nothing seems to be working....I’ve had the box for about two years now....I know how to use it!

What color are the lights on the front of the box?

Green....cannot turn off....cannot reset....

Have you tried these Factory Restore Files?

If these do not work, then I think your HDMI out port has stopped working.
