sound and screen freezing issues

Hi,

I have a sound problem with MyGica 1960. It is was working  perfectly and now it starts  to mute the sound and I have to reboot the box in order to get the sound back. Is there a way to permanently solve this issue? because I m getting annoyed if I have to roboot anytime to get the sound back. I also noticed that sound is too low compare to my old android tv BOX. I guess it is is a setting issue. The last issue is that my screen is freezing when playing a video and  trying to click on the full screen icone (this happens only for few apps).

Which apps is this happening in?

 

Also, please give some information on what audio selection you are using in settings, as well as what audio system you are hooked into.
