ATV1960 not booting

I have had my unit for 4 months. It refuses to switch on. Only the red light comes on. There is no hard reset switch and nothing I press on the remote switches it on. Any ideas?

This sure is odd. There is a possibility of it having a hardware issue. 

If you purchased this at a retail location, please head over to mygica.tv/help and start a warranty ticket (if purchased in north america).

 

If you have changed the hdmi cable, and still nothing, then I would definitely recommend the warranty claim.
