I need help!!

Started to setup the atv495 pro hdr today

all i get is a red power light on the front, and a picture of a android marshmellow on the tv screen

can't get into the menu or anything

please help

Hi there,

 

Sorry that you are having this issue. Is this a brand new unit? Where did you purchase it?

how long did you let it sit on the marshmallow screen before turning it off?

If it is totally frozen and sitting on the marshmallow screen for a long time, you can try unplugging the cord from the back and follow these steps.

 

Hold down the power button to the unit (where the orange light comes from)

While holding the power, plug in the power cord into the back and keep holding the power button.

After 10 seconds, release the power button and wait for the android recovery screen to show up. You can then select "factory reset" to see if it fixes it.

If it doesn't we should be able to help under a warranty claim over at mygica.tv/help
