Problems with Black for My Giga atv 1960 TV Box

I have bought a My Giga atv 1960 TV Box and is trying to install the black app for the device.

1. If I open a browser on the box and open www.black.co.za then it ask to download the app....

2. If i download the app from the playstore it install but say it is not optimized for the device. When you open the app it frezz.

I paid a lot of money for this box and need it to work. I have tried to contact black support but they don't respond.

Please help.
