Firmware update on 1200

I finally got my box updated after many issues. I have a older TV and use RCA cables. I plugged in the box and the screen position is zoomed in and moved to the far left. Since I can't see the position arrows to adjust the screen I am stuck. The start up screen is so badly position I cant find the okay bottoms on the screen when you first start it.....HELP!!!!!!!
