J@B 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2018 ATV1960 Miracast not working Recently purchased the ATV495, started up like a dream; account setup was quick, chromecast connected instantly and South African compatibility was great. After using a couple of days some of the builtin apps started crashing and I decided to return it and trade it in for the supposedly better ATV1960 with Adroid 6.0 Marshmallow. The startup and account setup not close to the user friendliness of the 495, scrolling through the apps are a lot more difficult, tried connecting my Android phone through the miracast with no success then downloaded Google Home to try and setup chromecast (both devices on the same wifi network) still with no success. I have sent an email to Mygica a couple of days a go (ref. 5bc34f9b24c45) regarding this issue with no response. My next option is to return the ATV1960 to the retailer.
