Media Player with an Internal USB port or CAN or SPI interface

Do we have a media player with an internal USB port where I can connect something like a cordless mouse without taking up one of the usb ports that stick out of the box?

My basic idea is to add hardware that interface with the USB port inside the box, 
I am not concerned about the warranty or space, that I will sort myself.

Or any other bus I can interface with such as CAN or SPI bus.

Hi there,

 

there isnt an internal USB port on any of the devices. That would be neat but it would result in lots of people opening their devices. 

If it helps, using one of those usb extenders will help you get more usb slots out of the device.
