Deborah 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2018 My Gica ATV495 pro I cannot seem to find a cord that will actually click into the LAN port,,I have tried several different ones and they simply do not click when you connect the cord to the Gica. Are you plugging in Ethernet cat 5 cords into the lab port and they are not sitting all the way in and clicking? Is there anything jammed inside? Mare the teeth that make the clicking sound broken? Deborah 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2018 Thankyou for replying,,Yes I am hooking up the internet cord,,when I go to the other black box,and put the cable into that, it clicks and it is secure,,for the Giga, it does not click so it’s not secure. There is nothing in it as I can tell from putting a flash light and magnifying glass to it, so my question is, are there different shapes sizes of these cords,, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
