TROUBLESHOOTING

I just had my android box reprogrammed. I made sure the date and time and wifi were hooked up. I don’t know if I’m missing something but I can’t seem to get it working. Any help would be appreciated

sorry youre having issues. Can you please give some more information on what it is that isn’t functioning properly? Is it an app? The operating system? Connectivity? 

The more info I get the easier it will be to assist.
