HD CAP X stop recording and monitor goes black and return visibile everytime

I have a Cap x and when i try to reverse my vhs the cap x edit a file corrupted (dur 1961:blablablah) and during the recording phase the vision on my monitor stop ti see and It return (black-vision-black etc)... I tryed to upgrade the firmware, but nothing Is changed. Can you help me?

Is it HD Cap X or HD Cap X -2?

If it is HD Cap X, please download the firmware below and update as instructed:

Instructions:

The jedi.img files are copied to the root directory of U disk

The U disk is inserted into the USB interface of HDCapX

Re-plug the power, the system will automatically find the upgrade file to update the firmware

During the upgrade process, Rec LED will flash 3-5 seconds, after the upgrade is complete, the system will automatically restart

The system firmware upgrade is complete U disk jedi.img will automatically delete.

It'a a Cap X and i tryed to change the firmware. I Can try again and i will write a feedback here.
