Support Website Down? (Need Drivers for new Tuner A681)

Just bought my dad an A681 TV tuner, having trouble finding the right drivers.  I have a product key for the software but when I go to mygica.com/support like it instructs I just get a server upgrading message. After a lot of searching I found this forum and thought I would ask before downloading something possibly malicious.
