ATV495x remote not working properly

ATV495x remote not working properly

My remote won't stop when on Netflix or fastforward.

You also cant see any icon so you can't go to the search function.

Is this normal?

You have to use the Mouse to control everything on screen in Netflix

As the Netflix app is designed for touch screens/phones

Hi there

I've now paired the remote but I'm still not able to do a few things. For example, when we watch a series, it doesn't save where we were so when we watch it again it has gone back a few episodes. We cannot scroll to choose an episode so this means we have to fast forward to get where we were - very annoying!

Is there anything we can do is a mouse the only thing that'll solve this issue. I was told by a MyGica supplier technician that this remote would solve all our issues!

Which app are you using that is giving you this issue?

Netflix recently updated their app

You can now only use a mouse to use the Netflix app.

They made it no longer work with the D-pad on the remote.

 

Their is nothing we can do about this, as we do not make the Netflix app.
