Sound and picture not aligned

Sound and picture not aligned

I have been using this for a few months but now the sound and the picture is not aligned. The sound comes 5 or 10 seconds before the picture shows the action or person talking. We have tried s few things including re booting the box but nothing is working.  Any suggestions?

what app or program ate are you using?

I have the same problem. It does it on Ted Talks, You Tube, Netflix, Showmax.

have you done a factory reset? 

Mia this happening while using native apps? Or something like through kodi to access YouTube?
