My Atv1900 pro keeps loosing connection with tv

Please help!!

my atv1900 pro keeps loosing its connection with the tv.  I tried changing the hdmi cable and the input, but with no luck.

any suggestions??

how long does it lose it for? Does it come back? Is it when you’re turning it on or off? Or in the middle of using it?
