MYGIGA NOT STARTING UP

The box was reset to factory default.

When new owner want to connect with his TV, the TV is just showing a blue screen and not seeing the mygiga.

Could this be a faulty HDMI cable? He has tried all HDMI ports?

Have you tried using a different HDMI cable
