Problem with new Air mouse remote 2.4 pairing with my android box "mqx".

I was wondering if someone can help me with the pairing of my new Air mouse remote control that is blink red even after i followed the instructions manual that says " press ok button and return button at the same time for 3 second" nothing is happening except this red light blinking on the remote control. My android box is the Mqx and I have a steady blue light on it the whole time.

Here are some photos of my mxq box and the actual remote control that I'm trying to pair with. When I put batteries in the remote the red light at top is flashing red non stop. I dont know what's the problem and why I can't pair it
