ATV 400 - Missing Channels

Hi All,

I have just upgraded my ATV 400 to 4.2 OS. After updating the box, I dont see the channels I have on it before the upgrade. I had some local channels and some international. Please advise the instructions. Thanks in advance.

This is because it erases everything you had on it before. You will have to reload all the content you put on it yourself.

I am not sure, how to reload the content. can you please advise if I want to get the channels back or If want to add new channel, what and how should i update or downgrade the box. I wanted to get some south asian channels, is there any sets of instructions I could follow. Thanks!
