Factory reset froze at Install Chrome 1/12

I did a factory reset. On my Gica ATV495 Pro HDR. Now it is frozen at “Install:Crome 1/12.

I first tried the reset via the settings menu. 
That did not work.

i then did the reset powering off by unplugging, holding down the power button for 15 or more seconds while plugging it back in. 
It’s been frozen for more than 10 minutes.

Your help would be appreciated.
