Can’t run Sportnet

Hello,

I have just installed the Sportnet app and I want to pay for the Sportnet Now streaming service.

I have downloaded the app but it won’t open, the screen goes white for a while as if it is about to open and then it crashes. 
 

I tried to call MyGica but received very poor technical support over the phone. I notice that the android box is running android 6.0.1 which is from 2015. I tried to upgrade the box but the device says no updates available.

Please help.
